Brief Answer:
Please tell the associated details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with these complaints,I would have told you that uncontrolled Diabetes and Thyroid disorder can present with pain in thighs. So, please get latest investigations-fasting blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin and thyroid function tests.

Further, I need to know some details to answer this well-
1)Is there an associated history of tingling or numbness in legs/thigh, besides pain?
2)Does the pain increase on touching or palpating the thighs?
3)Does the pain increase on leg or thigh movements?

I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with details in order to answer this further.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
