Question : Vulva is red, inflamed, feels dry. One side of my inner labia looks like raw marks. I used monastat and it feels burnie. I haven't had sex in 8months and have been tested since. I do use a dildo. Do I need to be concerned?

The red and inflamed vulva is due to vulvovaginitis. It can happen due to rough sex or masturbation or a vaginal infection or allergy to cosmetics or undergarments.
I suggest you to follow up with your gynecologist as you need to get a pelvic swab sample done for the cervical discharge to rule out any bacterial or fungal infection. Apply cold compresses and wear cotton undergarments. Oral anti inflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful but they should be taken after a prescription from your doctor.
