Brief Answer:
You are having computer vision syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having redness of eyes following working for long hours in front of computer.
This is called as computer vision syndrome and it is because of dryness of eyes induced by exposure to computer monitor.

I treat this condition by use of artificial tears eye drops.
Along with medical treatment the following things are required.
1. Avoid continuous use of computer by taking frequent breaks of at least 5 minutes after working for 2 continuous hours.
2. Need to use anti glare coated computer monitors if possible or you can use anti glare coated glasses.
3. Need to position the computer monitor slightly below your eye level to avoid complete exposure of eyes to computer monitor.
4. Avoid or minimize the use of air conditioner and fan if possible as they increase the dryness of eyes.
5. Avoid exposure to dust, wind, smoke....
6.Avoid late night working or have proper 6-8 hours of sleep.

If the condition does not improve with simple artificial tears then you need to consult your ophthalmologist for further evaluation to assess the severity of condition and treatment accordingly.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
