Question : good morning,
The tip of my peanut is red ,and at times the urethra feels itchy; I got tested and no std showed up on the results ,i have no discharges either; I never feel completely clean , the problem started two years ago and after taking several type of medicine the problem persists; possible bacteria? not sure ; how can I get rid of this? any suggestion ?y thank you so much for your help

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I think that you could be suffering from a fungal infection. I would insist you to apply clotrimazole lotion topically and also to use clotrimazole powder to keep the area dry. I think that the problem would resolve.

I do not think that it is due to any bacteria or STD.
