Brief Answer:
needs oral antihistamine and topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Reactions are more likely allergic in nature so you would need to treat as an allergic reaction.

This means the use of oral antihistamines such as benadryl, claritine, allegra, zyrtec. One of these should be given as soon as possible

A topical steroid cream would also help to decrease the skin inflammatory reaction.

If these agents are not effective then you may need steroids from your doctor.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
