Question : HEllo, i have a big red bump on my penis head but it does not hurt or itch so i do not know what it is.Last month , i saw some shiny red spot but now its only one bid red bump visible. I have not had unprotected sex.

On photo it seems to be primary chancre.And the character like painless and itchless are more in favor of primary chancre.
Though you do not have unprotected sex, but there are cases reported of STD even after protection due leakage or breakage.
Get your Test done for STD.(sexually transmitted disease).
Till the reports please avoid sexual contact.
