Question : I have a red bump with what looks like a whole in the front of my scrotum that I noticed today don't think it's been there long what is it

Hello,

Likely to be scrotal folliculitis, hair root/follicle infection.

Apply local antibiotic cream over it, this should help resolve it in few days.

If it enlarges in size or starts draining out, you will need oral antibiotics and see doctor to drain it out.
