                                    Brief Answer:
Either eczema or drug or insect bite reaction, upload pictures
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Health Care Magic
According to your complaints it could be an eczematous reaction or insect bite reaction or drug reaction.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly. You can simply upload/attach it at the reports section.
Meanwhile continue applying cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take tablet Cetirizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

I have levocetirizine 5mg. Is that what you are talking about? My tabs are 5mg and I could give her 2 BID or QD depending on what you say.
I have been trying to upload pics but it is taking forever. I will try one here. Thanks

Looks like an acneform eruption
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like an acneform eruption.
For burning she can take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg twice or thrice daily depending on the intensity of burning.
Along with this I also recommend my patients to take capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily at bedtime and apply benzoyl peroxide 10 percent gel on the bumps once daily.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
