Brief Answer:
Treatment delineated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
THanks for writing to us with your health concern.
These are boils like pimples that occur on other parts of your body.
They might have come on from shaving, and then that area stays warm and damp, so they can get infected.
Avoid touching them.
Do not try to break or handle them much, as they spread in this manner.
Have protected sex till they clear, to avoid infection spreading.
Also, just wash the area with lukewarm water daily and XXXXXXX dry.
Do not use any special soap, gel , cleanser, douche etc.
Change underwear frequently, and apply Clotrimazole dusting talc to the area to keep it dry.
Apply a local antibacterial ointment on the bumps, such as Mupirocin or Bacitracin.
If they still persist after a week of this treatment, you need to consult your gynecologist for oral antibiotic prescription.
All the best.
please feel free to discuss further.
