Question : my three year old developed these red bumps in his armpits and one in the fold between his thigh and groin area. wondering what they are, and if he needs medicating. he says they dont hurt and they appear to be receding. he hasn't developed any new ones and they arent anywhere else.

The majority of these types of rashes are caused by harmless viruses. These ultimately resolve on their own without any intervention. If he becomes itchy, you can use any moisturizer. Otherwise, as long as he reports he is ok, you don't have to do anything.
