Question : I have a lot of red bumps on my lower right leg ,could this be shingles?

If the bumps are painful then it can be shingles.

Shingles is usually accompanied by discomfort - may be aching, burning, tingling, sharp, shooting pain
Some persons may have numbness

If there is no pain, then shingles is not likely
