Question : Hi i am lookng for a response to what are the raised red bumps on the neck area in these images.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like shingles which is a viral infection.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take antivirals like tablet valciclovir 1 gram thrice daily for 7 days and apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected areas twice daily.
Valciclovir is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
