Question : hi I noticed my had just a little bit on and off for the last few days and I had my wife look in my hair and seen these 2 red bumps... is this cause for concern? I have done nithis unusual to get the no new products etc etc.

I have viewed the image. Seems like you have bacterial folliculitis.
I suggest you to apply Mupirocin 2% ointment (T Bact Ointment), twice daily.
Avoid hair oil. Shampoo your hair daily.
