Question : I have a few red bumps on my testicles..large and red and have actually gone down a bit in size...should I be worried

As an Urologist, let me advise you to see a skin specialist.
Red bumps on the scrotal skin are usually due to an allergic cause.
There's no cause for worry, as it subsides rapidly with treatment.
If you opt to wait, it may spread further and delay the healing period.
If you can do a blood routine test with sugar, it'll help to know, the possibility of allergic inflammation.
Just feel your testis on both sides, to confirm the red areas are only skin deep.
