Brief Answer:
Cover full when in sun

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Freckles represent damaging skin. Is the climate dry there?
At present what you can do is to apply ample moisturizer at bed time. Probably you can use natural moisturizers like Aloe vera or Honey with water at night. Apply it will lighten the freckle. You should use the best sun screen available with SPF over 30 and PA++ before you go out in to the sun.

Cover the eyes with goggles and face with umbrella to prevent direct sunlight.

Once you get back to your country you should see the same doctor for changes in the freckles.

Hope this helps.
