Question : Hi I have a red dot on the tip of my penis. I've been tested for STD's etc and came back negative. It is just kind of annoying to look at everyday. Is there any possible treatment for this?

You had not mentioned the duration of the lesion and about your sexual activities.
These details will be useful for further discussion. This red spot might be due to some irritation due to soap or some external application or due to allergic to condom or the vaginal secretion etc.
If the Tests for STDs done after appropriate time (after window period) were negative, then forget about STD. Repeated washing with plain water and an antihistamine tablet for a week will solve your problem than with any application. But you have to consult a Physician before starting any treatment. A close direct inspection along with investigation only you will be able to be guided better.

It's been there for over 10 years. I've tried different success. Do you think maybe a dermatologist might be the answer? I've only had a few partners. The partner I'm currently with we don't use condoms because She is on birth control.

Persistence of the lesion more than 10 years without any problem with tests for STDs were negative ruled out the possibility of STD. Irritation and allergy also are unlikely to remain for years like this. It could possibly be some non infectious skin lesion like psoriasis. A Dermatologist will be able to cure your problem.
