Brief Answer:
Likely to be allergy or self limiting infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

These patches are likely to be allergy or self limiting infection.

Try oral antihistaminics , this will reduce inflammation and itching.

Apply broad spectrum antiseptic with antifungal and mild steroid cream over it.

I assume these bumps have cropped up in short duration.

In case they are there, since few days I will like to consider possibility of fungal infection first.Still same treatment will help.

Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
