Question : Me and and my boyfriend had sex like 5 times in a 2 day period. After 3 days he said he has little red bumps that itch, and this morning the skin under the head began to peal. What could be the cause of this?

The skin tissue has been damaged and the body is in the process of repairing it and this is the reason why you can notice it peeling off. This is similar to when an aggressive product touches the skin. This is more likely if thrusting efforts were very vigorous as well.
It is not a sign of an infection. He has no reasons to worry about this at this time beyond the disturbing thoughts and itches that would soon get resolved. As the skin would get replaced, all would slowly return to normal.
In all, caused by minor trauma through repeated sexual efforts. Skin tissue would be replaced and all would return to normal.
