Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It could be papular urticaria due to reaction to insect bite or an eczematous rash.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet cetirizine 10 mg twice daily and apply hydrocortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for few days.

If possible upload the pictures of the affected areas under report section of the site so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition.
