each wrist it is hot and warm to touch
Brief Answer:
Most likely an allergic reaction.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query and pictures. Your problem can be most likely due to allergic reaction. It can be from a caterpillar bite or from contact with some allergen.
Do you remember placing your hand on some thing which can be allergic like paints on walls or on ants?
Applying calamine lotion locally and taking over the counter anti histamines like benadryl will be helpful.
If that is not helping then approach your GP for anti histamine or corticosteroid shots.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
