Question: i have a a red lump behind my uvula on the back wall of my throat what do it mean?

This may be an abscess so you should see ENT doctor and do examination. if this is abscess it should be incised and drained. it may also be some other lesions such as tonsilitis or hypertrophy of tonsyles, polypes or lipomas. Wish you good health. Regards
