Question : I went on a cruise to Cozumel. I have these red marks on the top of both of my legs, they don't itch or hurt and maybe not necessary welts. I either saw them on the morning of my last day there or when I arrived at my home. What could it be?

Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it could be a case of contact dermatitis with a number of irritants or allergens. Not all cases can give the full blown itching rash pattern. It could have been a self limiting rash. If the rash extends to other parts, develops further into pustules or is followed by systemic illness with fever etc then further workup would be needed.

For the time being, you can apply calamine lotion locally to see if it empirically subsides.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
