Brief Answer:
Looks like generalised allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .
I have seen the attached pictures .
You surely seem to have developed red papular skin lesions.
Now development of such skin lesions after a vacation can either point towards insect bite reactions or they can occur due to some viral illness.
But in both of these cases, such lesions tend to be transient in nature. They just need effective anti allergy management. You need to take regular course of oral antihistamine drug like claritin once a day so as to decrease the associated allergic reaction in the body. In addition, you can mix and apply cortisone cream and calamine lotion over the affected areas of body.
I would like to know if the skin lesions are present only over the arms or they are present all over the body?
Any associated fever? Any cold or cough?
Any itching or pain over the lesions?
How many of you have developed this skin reaction?

Please provide me the above details so that I can help you more.

1 of my daughters has it on her arms, on the outside and i guess you call it the inside of the arm. Some of them almost look like a white head..my other daughter has it on her back close to being on each side of her hips. They both have complained of headaches that have made them sick to their stomachs and we stopped and got dramamine for them. My husband says his itch. We still have a long drive home. Would benadryl help?

Brief Answer:
Take oral antihistamine

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Yes benadryl would surely be of some help since it is also an antihistamine drug.
You can all take it according to use dose prescribed for weight .
The dose can also be repeated every six hourly so as to have maximum benefit and prevent the flare up of the rash.
