Brief Answer:
Candidiasis, either molluscum or herpes genitalis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and the red patch seems to be candidiasis which is a fungal infection.
The pimples look like either molluscum contagiosum or herpes genitalis.
Both are sexually transmitted diseases.
I need to ask you few questions:
Is this the first episode?
Are these pimples fluid filled or solid?
Are you having burning, pain or itching on these lesions?
Kindly revert with the answers.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Seems to be molluscum most likely
Detailed Answer:
Pimples seem to be molluscum contagiosum most likely.
Consult a dermatologist and get them removed.
As far as redness is concerned it can also be due to drug rash to the antibiotics you have taken.
You can apply a steroid antibiotic cream like mometasone and fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily for 5-7 days.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.

Mam i dont have white spot any where in the body. I have some burning feeling always. Or discomfort in my penis. When i touch that area no odd sensation is tere. Only some discomfort. Is it a cancer. Pls reply asap
Brief Answer:
Not looking like cancer, vitiligo most likely
Detailed Answer:
It is not looking like cancer.
It seems to be vitiligo most likely.
Vitiligo is a chronic autoimmune depigmenting disease of the skin.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like mometasone cream on the white patch in the morning and tacrolimus 0.1 ointment on the white patches at night.
These are prescription drugs and should be used under the supervision of the doctor.
