Brief Answer:
Need for intermittent treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to be having seborrheic eczema over the face . This can lead to redness and scaling especially in the naso labial folds and around the nose .
You might need to apply mild topical steroid cream like cortisone during flare ups .
Try to combine with Clotrimazole cream also intermittently. Mix and apply the two twice daily during flare ups. Stop application of the medicines when the disease is seemingly gone .
Seborrheic eczema can present with recurrences,so treatment has to be taken as and when there is a flare up .

Hope it helps
