Brief Answer:
fungal rash

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It has the appearance of a fungal rash. Fungal rashes tend to have a circular to oval shape with a bright red/raised border and slightly central clearing.
They are also flaky or scabby.

It should be treated with an anti fungal cream. Fungi can sometimes have a delayed response to treatment and the creams can sometimes need to be applied for up to 3 weeks.

When applying, because it can spread with contact, it is important to wash your hands directly after or use a disposable q tip or other clean material (cotton wool or clothe).

Examples of topical anti fungals are canesten, econazole , nizoral, miconazole, lamisil.
They may be available over the counter at your local pharmacy.
