Question: There is a bright red circular area about 3/4 inch diameter under the foreskin of my penis. Doesn't hurt. the area was redish for months earlier, but intensified and lost layer of skin after sex 5 days ago.

For such condition i would recommend using ointments with combination of anti fungal agents like miconazole, antibacterial like gentamycin and corticosteroid like beclamethasone for local application.
Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area and instead you can use saline or warm water.
