Brief Answer:
Apply topical steroid and sunscreen

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints and understand your concern.
What are the contents of kozi q cream?
You seem to have developed dermatitis to the cream.
I would recommend you to apply topical Steroid like mometasone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face during the day time.
This will lighten your marks.
You can continue using neoskin cream at night.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Meanwhile stop kozi q cream application.

Dr Asmeet
