Question : I have had red rash in the inside of my arms for a few days now, it's really itchy and when I touch it the rah feels warm and burns a little. Do you have any idea of what it might be

Thanks for the query.
You might have developed contact dermatitis.
Its an allergic reaction.
I treat such cases with a topical steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for a week.
Also take an antihistamine tablet like cetrizine for itch.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
