Rash is red and has not spread from that area. No itchiness and now tender to the touch. It started yesterday morning with pain on my right lower abdomen around an ovary. Brief Answer:
Cellulitis. You need antibiotics for this!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this rash. I have reviewed the image and this is cellulitis. It is a bacterial infection of the skin. You need antibiotics and alcohol bandages for healing. I will suggest that you talk to your doctor about this. Stop Ibuprofen as this make rather make the infection worse. There are more potent pain medications but that will for sure require that you get a script from your doctor.

In all, bacterial infection. Stop Ibuprofen. Consult doctor antibiotics and potent pain medications.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
