Question : hi Doc, I have started having red round marks on my legs. earlier i used to have itching but then it went away and so did the scars but again after a week they are back but no itching so far. these marks are only on the lower parts of the body.

You have developed fungal infection called as tinea cruris.
I treat such cases with capsule itraconazole and topical clotrimazole cream.
This gives excellent response within two weeks.
