Hello and thank you for your question. Red scrotum syndrome is rare but is frequently misdiagnosed or not treated adequately. It is most often treated with doxycycline. Other medications that have been tried are tacrolimus or gabapentin. It is best to see a dermatologist for adequate diagnosis and treatment for a cure.
