Question : I have a red sore on my back. Sorta looks like a mole. Just appeared a couple days ago. My shoulder has been sore for a bit.

From the picture you have uploaded, it looks like a skin infection probably of the hair follicle. If you don't have systemic symptoms like fever, it may sufficient to clean the area with spirit or antiseptic solution and apply a topical antibiotic like Bactroban. If you have fever or the lesion is increasing, it is better to see a doctor and take an oral antibiotic.
