Suggest Treatment For Red Sores On Foot Along With Clear Liquid Discharge

Question : I have a cluster of about 4 small 1/4 inch red sores on one foot, near my arch. The sores are not very deep, maybe 1/8 inch and don't hurt much, but do irritate me. The top of the sore is dead skin and once it's pealed away then there's a small opening. Seems like some clear liquid discharges but no pus. They're not blisters, as blisters would hurt more and are on the surface of the skin. These are down below the surface under a thin layer of slightly tough skin. What could they be & how are they treated?

I saw the pics.
They look like Erysepales,infection of skin and subcutaneous tissue.
In my opinion, you should take Antibiotic like Linezolid tablet along with Anti inflammatory tablet. You should also close the lesions with a dressing.
Please do not rupture the surface.
If there is no response, you should consult a Dermatologist, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.

In California, ZYVOX requires a prescription. Can you provide a prescription? If not, are there other alternatives / approaches that I can pursue?
