Question : I have smegma sometimes. there are red spoltches on my head but the base of the head now has a dark purple ring. There is no pain, only a mild sensation on the head near the red splotches

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have infection of glans penis (Ballanitis). due to smegma.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with topical anti fungal cream Candid for local application.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Do I need a script for the antibiotic? I am not diabetic, and there is only an occasional low grade itch.
