Brief Answer:
Dry discoid eczema; topical steroid cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the image. I can see a red, scaly patch on lower leg which seems like a patch of dry discoid eczema. Surely it must be itchy? Individuals who have an underlying dry skin may form such patches if eczema in pregnancy as pregnancy exacerbates atopic state.
If i was the treating dctor I would suggest you to apply a topical steroid e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream (Tenovate cream) twice daily for a few days and it should be fine.

Regards
