Suggest Treatment For Red Spot On Lip Like Cold Sore

Question: I have a red spot on the corner of my lip 3 months after a cold sore that was there. It does not hurt but there is some discoloration. What can I do that would work for sure to make it look healthy again?

You can use a mild steroid cream like fluticasone for a week.
