Suggest Treatment For Red Spot On Scalp Caused From Overuse Of Canestin

Question: I have a bright red spot on my scalp from overuse of canestin and Dermaid (Clotrimazole) . The skin has thinned I am told . It is not sore at all. Is there any treatment for this this.. It is quite noticeable as I shave my head.
Brief Answer:
stop steroid apply aloevera
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Clotrimazole doesn't cause skin atrophy.
The other cream dermaid is steroid and can cause atrophy.
Stop using it and use aloe Vera gel for 15 days.
This will help in recovery.
If possible upload a photograph of the affected area. This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and a better way of management. There is an option to upload photos on right side of query page.
Please utilize it.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you

Hi
I have been using Aloe Vera for a week now with no real change except that the area gets very dry and flaky. I use the aloe vera around 3 times a day. I have uploaded 2 photos, the 1st one is of the original query the red area is quite large because I was rubbing the cream on such a large area not specifically on the area I was treating. The second photo is of a red flaky area that has appeared on my forehead this is the same thing that I started using the dermaid on the top of my scalp for I have been treating this with aloe vera as well but no chane . Any ideas on how to treat it?
