Question : My 2 year old has red pimple like spots on his eye lid and around his eyes, it does seem to bither him and the spots have not spared. Shouid I be concerned or is it from crying from tanturms or allergies maybe

No need to be worried, continue same treatment with cold compression.

Hello

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history and the photo attached with the question.

The red lesion around the eyelid seems to be like eczema or contact dermatitis.
No need to be worried about it.
Use of cold compression and antiallergic drugs along with cream are sufficient.

This will resolve over 1-3 days.
If it is spreading or there are associated symptoms like pain, fever... then you need to consult your doctor, otherwise do continue same treatment and cold compression your child will be fine.
