                                    Brief Answer:
Could be due to Balanoposthitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear XXXXXXX
It is likely to be Balanoposthitis, that is inflammation of glans and prepuce.
Further assessment is possible after clinical examination.
I would suggest you to send me clinical photograph for further assessment.
Awaiting your response.
Take Care
