Question : I am having a infection (some white dots / spots) on my penis. Please advise.from few weeks i also having ED issue. Please help

It is the similar what I have sent you earlier but that was temporary relief and again is visible

I reviewed your previous query. You had candidal balanitis previously.
If it is recurring, therefore you must get your blood sugar levels checked. Raised blood sugar is the most common cause of recurrent candidal balanitis.
Besides you should repeat the same medicines once again i.e Oral fluconazole and topical Clotrin-B cream e.g clotrimazole 1% cream+ Beclomethasone dipropionate 0.025% cream, twice daily for a week
