Question : I was bitten on the arm by a bee 2 days ago and the spot is red, swollen (hard) and warm to the touch. It also itches like crazy.

Hi
Local rise of temperature,redness associated with swollen area suggests infection along with inflammation.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Clindamycin capsule ,anti inflammatory tablet and Levocetrizine tablet(for itching)to my patients with similar complaints.
You should consult your doctor,get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Nothing to worry.
