Brief Answer:
Could be an allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Welcome!

I am Dr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX a Sr Consultant dermatologist

I have assessed your details and it appears to be related to some allergic reaction.

You should feel relieved by adopting following measures:

1 Cold compresses for the area, three times a day

2 An ointment containing Betamethasone or Fluticasone along with Mupirocin like antibiotic several times a day

3 An antiallergic like levocetirizine.

4 In the meantime, keep a watch over the lesions and notice if there is any adverse change which might require some other intervention.

Hopefully, this should work for you.
Best wishes1
