Detailed Answer:
Hello
From the history you have given me it does not look like infection related redness of the throat and the picture you have uploaded definitely looks like there is a lot of posterior pharynx congestion ( redness). However to help you better I need more info from you, please get back to me with the following
1. Did you have any fever during these episodes?
2. Was throat ache associated with cough and expectoration ( sputum)?
3. Was it more severe in the mornings and less severe in the evenings?
4. Did you have cold as well?
5. Was any blood test done? Please attach the reports if you can
Please get back to me, I am awaiting your reply

Hello
Thanks for getting back
From the history you have given me, it is possible that you are suffering from recurrent upper respiratory tract infection however you will need to undergo some blood tests for further management
1. Complete blood count to check for increased in total count
2. Since this is the second episode I strongly recommend you to get a culture of the sputum
3. Chest x ray
4. Absolute eosinophil count to rule out allergies
I also suggest
1. Tab azithromycin to treat atypical organisms as you have already been treated with amox
2. Avoid smoking and cold beverages
3. Avoid oily and spicy food items
4, Avoid milk and milk products until you are better
5. Continue allergy medications for symptomatic relief
6. Gargling your mouth with betadine gargles three times daily will help you recover faster
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me, I am awaiting your reply
