                                    Brief Answer:
Please upload an image.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I would however need more information on this. I would request you to upload an image of the rashes and also the line on the sole. It will help me to evaluate the cause. As such, rashes can occur due to a number of causes which may vary between allergic, viral or certain other causes.
I would await your response. Based on your inputs I would guide you further.
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
Need to know about its onset.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. I have checked the attached images. The red line seems rather odd and I have not seen anything like that. However, it does not seem to be something to be worried about. Unless the area is warm and tender (signs of inflammation) you need not worry. Please confirm if it has been there since birth. If not, I would like to know when and how it appeared. I am trying to evaluate the poossibility of a hemangioma, a proliferation of blood vessels under the skin. If that is the case, there is nothing to worry about.
Regards

Just wait and observe
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clarifying. Since there are no inflammatory signs I would insist you not to bother and to leave it on its own. No need to apply anything. Just wait and observe.
