Question: hello doctor,
my mother is facing a problem with redness under her upper and lower lips. it burns a lot. I have attached the photo which shows her current issue under her upper lip.
kindly suggest.

I have gone through the attached photographs.
These are Ophthous ulcers. Caused due to stress and vitamin deficiency.

You can give her Metrogyl DG gel for local application 3 times daily.
TAB. B casules 1 tablet 2 times for 15 days.

Thx doctor, by B capsules, do you mean vitamin B complex? or is it something else specific.
