Suggest Treatment For Redness And Itching On The Penis

Question: Hi. I have red itchy skin on my penis, the area just behind the head. It came on about 2 months ago. When I put skin lotion on, it burns for several seconds then feels better for a while. I'm 78 years old, have had no sexual contact for 2 or 3 years and am in good health otherwise. Thank you.

According to your complaints it could be yeast infection.
I would recommend to apply topical antifungal like clotrimazole cream or miconazole cream on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime.
This should resolve your problem.
