Rashes over penile region could be due to skin allergy or infection .
I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition.

I had cuts on the penis skin 2 weeks back , i visited the doctor and h gave me antibiotic and Nadoxin cream , which i applied for 10 days and took tablets , the skin infection reduced to agr8 extend , but i did observe rash on my penis head 2 days back , am attaching snap .
Now doctor has given me T Bact ointment , Chymoralforte 3 times a day each , and Aziwok 500 once after dinner
He is suspecting Syphillis and said i may need to do a VDRL test . am worried is Syphillis treatable if it is found , he feels the syphillis may have reoccured after 20years ,
am literally worried if if it truth then will it be curable and will i have healthy life

I have seen the attached pictures .
Sorry to say but the picture quality is not that great .You surely seem to have some ulcerative lesion over the penile area .
It would be great if you can click some good resolution close up images of the affected area and upload them .
Also in my viewpoint too ,you should get a vdrl testing done since it is a basic and primary investigation to rule our syphilis .
