Question : I have some redness spot in my penis. what is this? I'm concerned. I'm attaching some pics

I have read your query.
I have seen the attached photographs also.
I understand your concern.
As per details, the most likely possibility for your symptoms is a condition of skin called candidial balanitis.
It is fungal infection of skin involving penis.
The various predisposing factors for fungal infection are Diabetes Mellitus, excess sweating, hot humid weather.
It may also get acquired by sexual contact.
Patient usually has similar red spots on glans also.
I will advise you to get your blood sugar levels done.
In such patients, I prefer to advise topical clotrimazole cream and oral course of Fluconazole.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Daily change your clothes.
You should visit your doctor so that he can do clinical examination and order tests for you.
