Suggest Treatment For Redness And Swelling In The Right Tonsil While On Belladonna

Question: I am having redness with swelling on right tonsil last over 24hours and have stared taking Belladona 30[8-10drops] and Baryta carb 30[8-10 drops] since then every 2-3 hours daily but not getting much relief as unable to drink water as well. Could you please let me know whether existing medicines are correct line of treatment or not and how long much more will it take to cure completely.

I would suggest you to start with
Phytolacca Decendra Q 20 drops with half cup of water three times in day
Baryta Iod 3x 4 pills every 3-4 hourly initially for 3 days and then reduce the dose upto twice in day

This will help you to get early relief.
Continue Belladona 30 6 pills three times in a day

Shall i stop using Barta Carb or it can be taken in place Barta Iod?Please confirm.How long will it take to cure?Will taking them continuously can stop the tonsillitis completely.

To cure completely so that no tonsillitis occurs again, any medicine can be taken permanently. Please suggest as sometimes if infection is severe and more swelling is there the homeopathic medicines does not work and need to take antibiotics medicines alopathic only. What is your opinion and advice for the same please provide details with precautions.

Their are medicine which are taken as prophylectic medicine. But it can not be claimed that the medicine will avoid the the tonsile infection.
Homeopathy medicine if taken may avoid the need of allopathic medicine. Some time infection is also depend upon the individual susceptibily for disease.

Thanks very much for the reply, i am using Roopani antifungal ayuvedic cream for infection in thighs[inner side] for the last one month and not getting any relief as the skin colour is dark and itching during night time. Could you please also let me know the medicine along with cream to get immediate relief.

Graphitis 3x 4 pills twice in a day
Skokum chuck 3x 4 pills twice in a day
Antim crude 30 6 pills twice in a day
Acid cryso ointment for local application.

Take it for 1 month. The course of medication may be little long. So please update after one month.

Avoid daily soap use only medicated soap.

Apply acid cryso 2-3 times in a day. Also wash the skin 2-3 time by normal water and allow to dry properly. You can use dettol soap or liquid for washing.
Also use only cotton underwear.

1we use 1 soap for entire family member which increases the chance of cross infection.
2 using wet undergarments.which leads to bacterial growth.
3 touching with bare hands peeling the skin.
4 not maintaining hygine.
5 tericot and other clothing material.
You may avoide these condition to minimize the infection
You take graphitis 3x 15 drops with half cup of water , skookum chuk 3x 15 drops with half cup of water. Antim crud 30 2 drops twice in a day

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately there is nothing mentioned below are true in my case as i maintain more than 100% hygiene :

I will certainly use the prescribed medicine over 15 days time and stop once get fully recovered from it.

Also please help me to understand the cause for the re-occurrence of frequent headache[every month/fortnight] which lasts from 8-10 hours at least to me and my wife, we have done all precautions to rule out any symptoms of weak eye-sight, sensitivity to light, constipation, no proper sleep as both of us are using eye-glasses mostly and checking the power every 3months due to over 40yrs age factor so just thinking whether could be due to gastritis or some other reason which both of us are not sure, therefore need your opinion in this regard as last night my wife had severe head-ache which was some times going one side of head back from front, Sensation of tightness or pressure across your forehead or on the sides and back of head and i gave her lime water along with navratan hair oil so that she could sleep but head-ache was still there which subside only in the morning. In such cases which medicine should help immediately to get relief from such head-ache which lasts from 8-12 hours at least, there are no symptoms of migraine.
